1. What counts as a lead
A tracked call of 30 seconds or more, a text, form fill, email inquiry, chat or booking request from a new person, counted once per 7 days. Spam, vendors and job seekers don't count.
2. The target
We set your 90-day lead target together before launch, and the 90 days start at launch.
3. You do your part
· Answer or return calls within 1 business day.
· Respond to leads within 24 hours.
· Approve content within 3 business days.
· Keep our tracking numbers and forms in place.
· Keep any ad budget funded.
· Stay current on invoices.
Delays on your side extend the window.
4. If we miss the target
If we miss the target, we keep working with no monthly management fee until we hit it, and you can leave with no remaining-term charges. Ad spend is not included.
