You get a written proposal with scope, timeline, and planning figures. Nothing is due until you agree. Site numbers stay planning estimates until the agreement is signed.

After the deposit, we send a kick-off packet: company facts, phone and address, services, proof points, and where to send logos, photos, and access. Clear owners on both sides so work does not stall waiting on files.

We design the homepage first for phones on a jobsite — clear CTAs, proof, and offers. You review and we revise. Once the homepage direction is locked, we roll the same system across the remaining pages in your package.

We build the site on a staging link so you can click every page before go-live. Tracking, forms, and local SEO foundations go in during build — not as an afterthought after traffic starts.

Copy and images get finalized on staging. You send text and photo edits; we update the preview until the pages match how you sell work. After launch, content changes run through your care plan or written change request.

When the staging site matches the agreement, we go live with QA, redirects, and analytics checked. If you hired us for monthly marketing, growth work starts after the new site is live.
